panvha means five,makras five makaras,first makaram is madyha(wine),second is makaram mamsa(meat),third makaram is mathya(fish),fourth makaram is mudra(perfome some kind of symbols with hands to gain power),fifth makaram is maydhanam (sex).these five makars has to perfome the tantric to get mokasha(immortal)

How we perforame these makras in stawik (soft) ways

There is another way to perfome swathick ways.first makaram is madyha so,we have to put tongue out of mouth for a while then some saliva genarate in our mouth we have to swallow that saliva.It is first step of kechari mudra.Second makram is mamsa we have to flod our tonuge in to our mouth .It is second stage of kechari mudra.Third makaram is mathya here we have perfome pranyam,left side of nose calls eda,right side calla pin gala we have to breathe eda to pingla and pingla to eda viceversa is called mathya.fourth makram is mudra we can perforame an y kind of mudra tahat can helpful.fifth makram is maydhanam here combine kundali shakthi(godess) from muladhra to siva(god) on our head, is called sivashakthi.
